TERMS OF SERVICES

Introduction

This Terms of Service is an agreement between Customer and RajaHackerS ("Agreement") and applies to Customer's order(s) with RajaHackerS. PLEASE READ THIS DOCUMENT CAREFULLY and retain it for future reference. Please note that the information contained here in is subject to change without notice. Customers who are actively using our services agree to periodically consult this website for updates, changes or amendments to this Agreement. RajaHackerS may, but is under no obligation to, provide notices of any amendment, modification or update of this Agreement via e-mail to active Customers.

General Provisions

When you agree to use the services provided by RajaHackerS, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

Definitions

- "We" "Us" or "RajaHackerS" refers RajaHackerS.

- "You" "Your" "Client" or "Customer" refers to each person or entity who applies for internet service or is a designate of any one who applies for internet service with RajaHackerS.

- "Target" refers to the individual whose password you are requesting.

Services Provided by RajaHackerS

We don`t have any partnership or alliance with Yahoo, Hotmail, Gmail or AOL.

RajaHackerS will provide the e-mail password of the Target to its customers for the purpose of allowing customers to gain access to the Target`s email account. The Service is intended to permit RajaHackerS customers to verify the integrity of their interpersonal relationships and to insure the safety and wellbeing of their family.

Our service consists of the recovery of passwords using our proprietary software and methodology. We will not be responsible for any consequential or inconsequential damage or problems that may occur. RajaHackerS will make no effort to edit, control, monitor or restrict the content of data other than as necessary to provide said Services. Customers of the RajaHackerS are expected to use this information in a manner which meets the legal requirements of their locale. If the terms of this agreement are broken, RajaHackerS may immediately terminate Customer's service(s) without notice. RajaHackerS will be the sole and final arbiter as to what constitutes a violation of the terms and conditions of this Agreement.

It is our goal to provide services to enhance your safety and security of your family. We serve customers in many countries and it is impossible for us to know all of the laws and regulations that may apply. However, we caution you that some countries have legal restrictions prohibiting unauthorized access of someone else`s e-mail. Therefore RajaHackerS requires that you as the customer take full legal and moral responsibility for the use of the information we provide, and in addition, accept full legal responsibility for all activities conducted by the RajaHackerS.

When you contact RajaHackerS to research and recover a password, you thereby certify to RajaHackerS that you have a legal right to access that e-mail account, and further that the password will only be utilized in a manner which is in accordance with the laws of your country. We cannot guarantee 100% results. Our success rate is about 90% The success depends upon the type of accounts and type of passwords. We will not charge money if we cannot recover the password requested.

Payment Obligations, Renewals, and Cancellations

a. Payment Obligations: Once we provide proof to you that we have obtained the requested password, we require that full payment is received before we will supply the password to you.

You warrant and represent that the information you supply in the Order Form (and/or other information that RajaHackerS may require) is accurate and truthful.It takes a great deal of time to research and fulfill your request, and you have an obligation to compensate RajaHackerS as your part of the contract. Once full payment has been received, we will e-mail the password to you and then immediately delete all personal information about you from our data base.

b. Cancellation: Once your order has been received, our team will go to work on your request immediately. If you wish to cancel the service(s) you have requested, there is a cancellation fee of $40.00 US imposed to help offset our costs.

c. Failure to provide Timely Service: RajaHackerS will go to work on your request immediately.It may take maximum 3 days to fulfill the contract, depending on the usage habits of the Target and other factors beyond our immediate control.

RajaHackerS is not responsible for any delays in internet communication with the customer that may occur, whether due to external network disruptions/error or negligence of RajaHackerS. This includes but is not limited to the loss of data resulting from delays, non-deliveries, wrong delivery, equipment failure and any and all other service delays or interruptions.

Right to Refuse Service

RajaHackerS may at its sole discretion refuse to provide the requested password recover service, and/or terminate your access to the RajaHackerS Site. We also hereby advise that all access to our website may be monitored by RajaHackerS. We reserve the right to refuse service to any client based solely on our discretion. Services that are terminated by RajaHackerS for any reason, such as but not limited to obvious misuse of the information we provide, will not receive any refund.

Disclosure of Customer Information and Legal Process

Although RajaHackerS maintains strict confidentiality on Customer's information, there are certain exceptions in which RajaHackerS may disclose information in it`s possession, including but not limited to information about the our Customer's, including their address, email, fax number in order to comply with a court order, subpoena, discovery request, warrant, statute, regulation or other official governmental requests.

RajaHackerS has no obligation to notify Customer about whom the information is sought or that RajaHackerS has provided said information.

Customer acknowledges the above exceptions and agrees to them without reservation.
